  • CANCELLATIONS

    The deposit is non refundable but may be transferred to another date if the order is cancelled 2 weeks out from the due date. Cancellations less than two weeks before the due date will forfeit the deposit depending on the circumstances (eg COVID Lockdown), in which case the deposit may be transferred to another date. Any customised items that have been purchased on your behalf prior to cancellation and cannot be used for another customer will require payment in full and the item will then be given to you.

    All cancellations or order changes must be done in writing via email

    CHANGES

    Two weeks notice must be given to make any changes to the design. There may be an increase or decrease in the final price depending on the changes and any pre purchased customised items must be paid for in full.
